I absolutely LOVE this salon. The owners are always on site and greet you by name as you walk in! They always have great advice on color/designs. I feel at home here! The atmosphere of the salon is a huge plus! The quality of service I receive is always A+ and if for some rare reason I’m iffy they ALWAYS fix it to make it better. I NEVER leave unsatisfied♥️♥️ Love them and the salon!

I'm not one to often review places but I had to make an exception for the amazing experience I received at Urban Lash and Nail Spa. My friends told me I wouldn't be dissappointed if I went and they correct! The staff was so incredibly nice and professional making me feel welcome and at home. Everything is brand new, clean, and top of the line. I can't recommend them enough and plan to continue being a future customer here.

Wow! What a wonderful time with my wife and I had here! Everyone is very personable and kind! We had the top level manicure and pedicure sitting next to each other in very comfortable massage chairs😍.
I turned my chair off preferring the lower leg and feet rub ( fantastic). We also met the owner who is very nice and friendly. Btw, everyone had masks on except for a couple that came in after we were in the middle of our treatment. Another couple, husband and wife. He sat down and put his feet in the tube with his shoes on. A tech kindly asked him to remove shoes and socks, then she removed the red barrier bag which was now full of debris from his dirty shoes. I guess he was embarrassed and made a statement that it’s a good thing because you took that bag out of there as well all kinds of nasty stuff... Yeah of course it was... Your nasty stuff off your shoes.... I was very impressed by the way the tech made no fuss at all... no argument, she was professional and proceeded as if he had not made the accusing, diversionary remarks. That is a great professional business owner and staff. Great experience and loved it all!

Great, clean, and relaxing spa. We made an appointment for 3 pedicures and couldn’t be happier and there was no skimping on the leg and foot massage. My only regret was forgetting to ask the gentleman’s name who did my pedi to be able to ask for him next time. There was a great selection from a basic pedicure all the way up to an organic jelly pedicure all very reasonably priced. I look forward to returning!

My wife was here to get her nails done done , she had Nex Gen , I do have concerns ... during this pandemic you would think this mail shop would be a lot more cautious.
1- before working on someone you should have them wash there hands because it’s clear that you do not sanitize your equipment! This is a cause of spreading
Germs .
2- Nex Gen customers should not be able to put there fingers into a jar where other customers do the same thing ! How sanitizing is this ?
Use a nail brush , more of a sanitized way!
My daughter wife and sister have been to this mail shop I seen the woman in my life go to this nail shop but after hearing my family talk and talk to some ladies in the area I noticed this place needs a lot of work . Customer service, need of better nail techs , and make it right with the customers, there are many nail shops arounds this isn’t the only option . My family will not be returning here, and I’m going to notify Texas health and human services, as well as licensing of cosmetology,
This is a very fast way to spread germs and fugues.
