I went in to get a full set of acrylics about 3 days ago. I called ahead and when I got there they saw me and my friend immediately which was good. The nails I got were well done. There were no lumps and they looked good from the surface. Yesterday, I simply clapped my hands and the pinky nail fell off. I was already skeptical because the lady I got to do my nails had done a set for my friend previously and all her nails fell off within a week which should never happen. Anyways, I went in the shop and a different girl put a nail back on me with no issues. I thought that was the end of this story, but today I went to open a drawer and 2 more of my nails popped off!! It’s been 4 days and these nails should last me somewhere near 2 weeks. I have been going here for years and have never had this happen and am very disappointed. Anytime Holly or Bella does my nails, I have no issues at all. This time Michelle, who I believe is the owner of this shop did them, and I have never been more disappointed with the quality and am not sure if I will return. If you are going for acrylics, request Holly or Bella.

Unsatisfied with the work. First time costumer.
Had manicure with shellac polish done the morning of Saturday March 7th, 2020 and by next evening, on Sunday, one nail had already chipped and color starting to peel off.
The lady who did my manicure (Michelle, I believe, she was not in uniform with name tag) left my shellac nails horrible! Some were lumpy, some with airbubbles and others with uneven layers of polish. They had to be fixed by another worker after I complained. No one apologized for the bad work, they just discussed it amongs themselves in their language. I was there for 2 hours for a manicure and pedicure. I did appreciate that they were done at the same time but 2 hours, and they didn't do a great job was definitely not worth it.
Le, who did my pedicure was gentle and patient, did okay.
Overall, I don't plan on going back.

Just got done here and this is the best place on this side of town. Bella and Le were phenomenal!!! Very professional and took their time even though I came in late. Will return! And worth the drive! I have several other shops near me but these woman are hands down the best of the best! Bella did my French tips and Le did my gel pedicure and took such good care of me! Thank you ladies!

Had to wait a while even after we were told to come back at a set time. However, the salon is relaxing and nicely decorated. My pedicure was really well done, better than most other places I've tried in the midtown area. My pedicurist was very detailed and didn't rush through it. Nicely done and didn't chip for a couple weeks.
