High quality, professional salon and spa that makes you feel welcome and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the management truly values their customer's feedback to ensure they are happy and had the best experience. I will continue to return.

Chrissy did my hair today and I couldn't be happier!! Been coming here for 7 years for mani/pedi's and this is the first time for hair. Love, love, love this spa!

Beautiful place and they do a good job but not sure I will go back. A few months ago, I won a raffle at my friend's baby shower for a Rejuvenation Package with upgrade to one-hour massage and gratuity included (clearly written on the brochure included with the gift card). I booked it for my birthday. I checked in on time and was kept waiting for 20 minutes with no explanation. Massage was first, she did a good job and brought me to the facialist for the next part. I was surprised when she told me it was going to be an additional charge for the type of facial she wanted to do. I agreed, but it made me feel uncomfortable. Why should there be any additional charge when it is supposed to be a customized facial in the first place according to the description of the package? Lunch was next but when I was finished again kept waiting for a while. I didn't know where to go next-no schedule given and I didn't know the nail salon area was in a separate part of the floor or who I was supposed to see. Finally an employee came in and helped me. At checkout, I was expecting to pay the additional charge for the facial. Imagine my surprise when the lady told me the gift card I had was for a less expensive package. That made no sense to me, I had the brochure which clearly stated Rejuvenation Package with upgrade and gratuity, and when I booked I gave the receptionist the gift card number so they could have double-checked the amount then. It sound like someone messed up when issuing the gift card. She told me she would take care of it, but there still wasn't money for the gratuity. I ended paying for this since I didn't want the therapists to get nothing. I should have asked to speak to the manager then, but it was so awkward I just wanted to leave.
