Great customer service, poor product delivery. Simple natural manicure. Color change on toes. The removed color and quality of work which I procured from a different salon 3 weeks prior was in better condition. Paint was still streaked after 2 coats and dual. (See pics taken 2 days post service)

Customer service and service itself was good but they over charge. They use cheap gel polish that doesn't even last a week and while I was getting my nails done I heard other people come in and complaining about it and they were trying not to do refund or fix the issue.

By far the worst nail experience I never had. I have a birthday party to go too. I can even text and look at my nails. They leaning to the left on one hand and right on the next. Smh. I will never spend my money here again

Worst place ever they change prices... went in for a pedi the worker told me to turn off the massage chair didn’t massage my feet or nothing humble want go again

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The About Nail shop has unlicensed nail technicians working there! I had to contact the BBB and file a complaint because of it. The owner got pissed off when I called her out on it after my nails were jacked up. This is coming from someone who has been getting their nails done since acrylic was the only powder used. I kept telling this young tech that my nails did not look or feel right. He kept saying he is going to fix it. Well, they were not fixed. I left the nail late for work and was to returned the very next day. In one day my nails were chipped and the gel polish was discolored as if I worked in construction. The owner would not fix it and would not let anyone else fix it. She told me to pay $20 to fix it. Wait what! After I told her no, another tech said he would fix because he remembered me. He even said it was not right. Do you know this B#%@% yelled at him in Korean and he had to walk away. So then I told her she got the right one. She started to cuss, which was very funny and I returned it to her as well. This, is not over.
