I went in to get red nails n sunflowers n they said they could do it. They did red nails n that was it. Why?? Because they can’t understand anything!! Very frustrating!!

I think this place is horrible. They say they can do designs but 1/2 ass it and change big money. Yesterday, a non licenced tech began my nails and did just a horrible job. Tom took over but then burnt my cuticle beds with the grinder, This is my 2nd time going and I wont make the mistake a 3rd time.
I HAD to have my nails removed because the girl left spaces that allowed fungus to grow. I had a serious infection on my thumb because the girl drilled almost all of the way through.
