Where do I even start, I do not usually post reviews but I hope to keep someone else from having the experience we did. It's very simple, I just want to have the proper coverage that i need and for my payments to be drafted on time, every month, for the property amount and be applied to the proper account. This office couldn't provide that. The office is very unorganized. We decided to switch our insurance policy over to Jeremy Harmell's state farm office in Jacksonville after having problem after problem every single month at this (Shawn Dunn's) office in Bullard. While reviewing our auto policy (after the move) we realized that we had no uninsured motorist coverage and no rental car coverage, we also did not have the property bodily injury coverage that was requested. Our policy was suppose to match our previous policy we had with another insurance company of 20 years. State Farm Bullard cut corners in order to make our monthly payment more affordable and never provided me with a policy coverage breakdown even after multiple requests. Also, while reviewing our homeowners policy at the new office, we realized that they did not have our home mortgage lender on file or our loan number. We couldn't have made a claim if we needed to. Our home, contents and buildings were all way undervalued and insured for much less than what we needed. We spent approximately 4 months with this office trying month after month to give them a chance to straighten things out. Every month we had constant problems with our billing and our coverage, or lack of. We finally decided to switch after calling to speak with Shawn and being told that he was too busy to take our call and would call back when he had time, "in a few days." The only helpful person in this office is Marketa. She tried her best to help us and apologized many times for our treatment and problems we were experiencing.

My experience with Shawn Dunn's office has not been good at all. It has been one thing after another, they have been very unorganized. Every single month it has been some kind of issue or multiple issues to the point of not knowing whether we are going to have insurance or not due to their errors. The only individual in the office that seems to know what is going on or what she is doing is Marketa. I was with USAA for 20 years and never experienced even a quarter of the hiccups that I've experienced in the last 4 months with Shawn Dunn' s office. I would not recommend doing business with this office.

Shawn Dunn and his team are so helpful and energetic! They are always smiling and eager to help. They actually take the time to explain the different options. I appreciate the honesty and integrity that Shawn has. I would highly recommend him to everyone... and I have!
