It's not bad. It's kind of different than I was used to. Not bad different. Just different. I would recommend this place to people. The staff is very friendly. That is a bonus.

Amazing place!! Customer service is great!! Laura the owner did my lashes and waxed my eyebrows!! When she was done I literally cried happy tears because someone finally got my eyebrows the way I wanted them! I tried so many places for years upon years to get my eyebrows the way I wanted them and no luck! Laura did them exactly and I had happy tears!! And my lashes were to die for!! Thank you so much polished! totally recommend this place

Update: Sarah from Polished Nail & Beauty Boutique contacted me and asked for an opportunity to make this right. She provided one complimentary mani/pedi and an additional complimentary pedi a few weeks later. On both occasions, the salon was clean, Sarah was friendly, and the work was done well. I appreciate her concern for making this right and I'm changing my original rating to reflect that. I would happily return.
Original Post: My friend has recommended this salon twice, so I thought I'd try them out via a Groupon coupon for a mani/pedi, hoping to discover a great salon where I could become a regular client. First, they cancelled my appointment a few hours prior, claiming their pedi chairs were broken --
leaving me in a lurch and unable to find a place that could accommodate a mani/pedi before a big event the next day. They said they would give me one free pedi for leaving me in a lurch. When I tried to reschedule, they didn't answer the phone for weeks, and their phone recording always said the mailbox was full and couldn't accept any more messages. When I finally got ahold of someone, she said the phone was broken. I tried to reschedule a new appointment, but no one is available to accommodate an appointment either before (another) big event or before the Groupon coupon expires. I'm a business owner, and fairly understanding and accommodating to other business owners, but this is getting too ridiculous to keep tolerating. I will pursue a refund from Groupon. I was hoping to find a place to get my mani/pedis regularly -- this is clearly NOT the place.

Clean and well-maintained salon. Sara was very friendly and did a good job on my mani-pedi. It is small, so I would not recommend it for group outings.
