I have been going to Star Nails for over 7 years for eyebrows and sometimes nails. Everytime I go for nails I have to wait at least an hour; but she does amazing eyebrows so I still went for that (the only reason I’m giving two stars). The last couple of times she had been super rude to me for no reason. This time, I went to get my eyebrows waxed and she asked me if I’ve noticed that she’s been rude to me. I said yes. She told me that she’s not happy that I don’t come for my nails anymore and that she’s rude to me because I don’t come for my nails anymore and that she’s not happy with me. The entire time I am being waxed, she was scolding me for not coming for my nails anymore. I have always tipped well, have waited in the non air conditioned salon, have witnessed many arguments between her and customers and have STILL remained a long time customer but this is very UNPROFESSIONAL for a business owner to do. I may not have come for nails as often... but I will not be going back for anything anymore.

Omg I love my nails! I ask the employees at luv nails to do this design and they said "we don't really do that here and if we do it's gonna be extra money cause I have to use a sponge and it's gonna take a while" smh never going to Luv nails again! Come here there prices are definitely worth it!

They are rude, if she could,she would had throwing me with my own hands, if you don’t want to take care of me ask me to go not to sit and get abuse Nina is mean I gave 3 stars because she does good nail most time but after what she did never again I would go there. In the past she came late to my appointment I did not say anything I got late to my appointment because an accident I had to go a different way that am not familiar. I’m a good tipper because I like to be treated good but today’s day people don’t appreciate kindness or don’t know what that is.

This place is horrible! They take forever to take care of you. Don't bother going there for a wax unless you getting your nails done cause you won't be attended. They need to be more professional. It was my first and last time ever going there.

The wait is eternal, the eyebrow lady got mad that I was directing how I wanted my eyebrows done and actually put a little hot wax on my eyelid and ripped it off!! I will never forget what she did! When I said something about it she put me with her worst nail tech in the salon who did a very tacky job. Never ever going here again! I traveled 30mins just to come to this place.
