I did not have a great experience. The guy who was doing my fingers and toes was too fast and rough clipping my cuticles. I had a cut one of my finger and 3 of my toes and if that wasn't enough when he the scrubbing my feet he scraped skin off. No real concern was shown until I asked for a discount which I felt should have been offered when blood was dripping from my foot but they only offered gift cards as if I would return.

DISAPPOINTMENTS not only started when I told them I was diabetic and thought they would do a good job ,I was scratched I think angel the lady doing it was worried idk but she didnt do a full pedicure, cut my nails crooked then forced a design on me that I thought was a "gift "after I said no thank you ,she was sweet but the pushiness of the people was upsetting I watched as they over changed two other customers besides myself ,I requested one style as i was told they couldn't do it unless I paid 48$ for a fill ,so in hopes to keep me as a customer another person was going to do what I was asking at a quote of 21$when my nails were done she insisted the charge was 26$ for plain color and gel on top ,the org fill was 16$ ..and the paint job was terrible ,but angel was a very sweet person . I will never understand why they would force customers to do more than their comfortable with, that's how you lose customers and have others write awful reviews of thier experiences, DON'T go here ,
