I walked in and they didn’t even greet me, didn’t tell me how long I’ll be waiting been sitting there for 25 minutes before I walked out still not even being acknowledged.

Service is terrible. They don't communicate with you. I've waited 30 minutes for a pedicure and the water is cold now. They took other people that came in after us before us. Needless to say I did not tip.
