I have been going to see this lady that now owns the place, since I was a teen I go in there now she still remember me. And because of that she always match me with someone that does great work. Even when those times it's not quite what I wanted.

I went to Ann's Monday they are so unprofessional lady did my nails had a attitude because I I was telling her how I want my nails she didn't know how do designs so I ask her can Liz do it she told me Liz can't do my design because she didn't put the nails on I paid and left with no polish on my nails my nails are thin got air bubbles around the cuticles one broke the next day as I was taking my card out the 🏧 THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING THERE DESIGNS MAYBE NICE AS FAR NAILS NO GOOD TO THIN #NIGHTMAREINANNNAILS

Never again..no customer service what so ever..an I guess they forgot how to give regular manicures..stay away from this place TERRIBLE!!
