I wish I could give 0 stars honestly. I have been coming here for over a year to get pedicures, full set with gel or just gel manicures. I have loved my experiences, until my past two visits.
Last visit, the gentleman that they put me with acted like he had absolutely no idea what he was doing putting on my full set. He kept attaching the nail and ripping it off. Then, he would not cut them to the length I asked. I had to ask three separate times. The lady beside him asked me to get up and wait while they are giggling. I get up and wait until someone new sits me at their booth. He then rushed to finish. I was left with crooked nails that were all different lengths.
My most recent visit has officially made me decide to never go back. I go in today and am not even acknowledged as I walk in. I sign in and go to pick a color before someone decides to say hello. I then get sat with a new technician. Although he completed my nails and they look fine, he was incredibly rough and burned/cut me numerous times! I went to check out and it’s normally $22 for my fill in with gel polish. But today it was $28. I paid $32 for my full set a week and a half ago. So it’s $4 less for a fill in?! They majorly up charge and the prices are NEVER the same.
Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go where you aren’t ripped off and treated poorly.

Worst costumer service ever. Got there and one of thechs advised us it was going to be a 20 minute wait. After being skipped twice by two technicians we were advised that they were waiting for a female technician to be available to do the simple manicure and they couldn’t tell how long that would take. Honestly you’re better off taking your business somewhere else.

I go to get pedicures to relax. The techs talk and laugh constantly. Impossible to relax. The massages are awful and they rush to polish. Last time I had a decent tech although she converse with her coworker the entire time. This use to be a decent place, not so much anymore.

I visited this place and asked the nail tech to do about doing a cateye look to my nails using the supplies I bought in. The technician rolled his eyes and made a comment about me in his language, then everybody started laughing who understood. I attempted to explain that the only step to the technique is to apply a magnet to the nail on the last coat of applying the gel polish, but the technician pushed his chair back in an irritated mood and asked another clinician to take over. But he ended up completing my nails with me requesting no polish. The way he handled my question/request was very rude and embarrassing. I will never visit this establishment again

Had to wait because full set. Ladie was quick... 15 min wait. NP.. What makes me mad about them is on list says 20. Asked how much she upped to 22 .00 I was gonna tip 4 00 but overcharge no tip
