It sounds like Polish is hit or miss based on the reviews. Unfortunately, it was a miss with my pedis (I’ve had 2). Like other reviews that I read, the staff was not very friendly and literally got agitated when I told them how I wanted my nails done. I felt I was polite and respectful, but it was uncomfortable to the point that I felt like I did something wrong so I tipped 20% despite having a bad service. Big mistake as the end result was very poor. My nails were cut and filed crooked and there was more paint on my skin than my nail bed. They charge a premium price, but I didn’t get a premium service and that is really disappointing. It was a poor choice on my part for $55 service

Best nail salon Ever! I went today for a mani pedi-it was top notch service! Cindy and Kim did a wonderful job very pleased! The staff is friendly, great quality service and products. The salon is very clean with pretty decor. This will now be my go to nail salon.

By far the best place to get nails done in Carmel! Staff is very nice and the atmosphere is very relaxing

I went for a pedicure for the first time and was very pleased with the salon. I got the best pedicure wuth nice smelling cremes and oils and reasonably priced. The salon was clean and attractive and the staff are very nice and friendly. I was thrilled to get a complimentary nail file and a foot scrub and if I bring it back next time, I would get a replacement.
