I seriously got gel yesterday and my nail already chipped plus the lady was rushing all because a white lady came in and she hurried and messed my nails some look like they don’t have polish

I made an appointment and I'm in the middle of getting my nails done and the lady is being nice. Then 30 min in she says do you mind me finishing the rest of your nails in 30 minutes because I have another appointment and I'm like yeah sorry I have somewhere to be soon. Then she starts talking in her language to her co workers and her attitude completely changes she's super rude to me she's being hostile grabbing my hands and twisting my fingers to make them go ways they don't go to make her job easier and totally rushing and I can tell she's totally irritated with me. And then completely rushed and messed up my nails

Came in with my daughter tonight, all was good until a teenager walked in and the lady working on my nails got up to do the other girls while I wait. Then a mom and her two little girls walk in, nail lady stops and goes to paint moms nails. Seriously! I'm still here! Waiting with half nail fill done! Thought I'd come in since reviews were great. Big mistake! Not coming back!
Only good thing was my daughter got the mani/pedi done.

I truly can't imagine why there are not TONS of wonderful reviews here for Happy Nails. I had a pedicure there this afternoon...it's my third one over the course of the last year (I don't have a bunch of money...it's a real treat for me!) These ladies are the best; they're sweet, they're very professional and they do a very nice job, every single one of them. One of the few things in life I can say is worth the money. My nails look great every time I visit them!
You won't be disappointed.

My mom made appts well in advance for 3 of us to have our nails done (at the same time) for a wedding. We were on time and the one lady takes my mom right away...& my daughter and I end up sitting and watching this weird switch off of different techs to different people and various manis and pedis that are in different stages of being finished. They didn't have a nail tech do my young daughter's nails - the receptionist said "oh I can at least paint nails" - so she sat at a desk with her and did that. I was still waiting. They finally had me sit in a pedi chair but I was left there until my water gradually changed from hot to cold. I sat so long that they were finishing my mom's nails (mani AND pedi) by the time someone came to me and my daughter was done before both of us. The tech I had didn't know what she was doing - she cut my cuticle badly and it bled and then picked up a PIECE OF MY DEAD CUTICLE SKIN SHE'D ALREADY CUT OFF AND STUCK IT OVER MY BLEEDING CUTICLE??!!
That's unsanitary & serves no purpose??! They also cut my toe - my mani and pedi look crummy at best and my mom isn't happy and this was for her big day. We will NEVER go back there again.
