I have been coming to Venezia since I moved to DG in April of 2019. I have always loved the service there and would see Sam every two weeks for a no chip or dip manicure and pedicure. Sam no longer works there and my last 3 experiences here have been disappointing. One time I waited 40 minutes (with an appointment) to then have a dip manicure and pedicure finished in 50 minutes. The next time I got a dip manicure with no care to my cuticles or hand massage until I asked for it and it was only oil to my cuticles and lotion, no maintenance on my cuticles. The lady who did my pedicure said I must have been charged $10 extra each time Sam did my dip manicure in order to have the cuticle maintenance done (?!…a dip manicure is $45…This should be included and always was with Sam. If this is a new charge, then even more reason to stop going here.). I have always loved it at Venezia, they’ve always been so friendly and I have recommended it to friends that have moved to the area, but I’ll be taking my $76 for a dip manicure and pedicure elsewhere from now on.

I have been going here for pedicures exclusively for almost a year. I appreciate the detail and attention the technicians offer for shaping, cleaning, and improving my feet. After the Venezia pedicure (upgrade with a hot towel) my legs were moisturized and my feet were glowing. The massage chairs are wonderful.

This place is great I started coming here about 3 years ago when they first opened and now it’s the only place I go!!! It’s a fun relaxing place with great vibe and energy!! Everyone is nice and makes you feel at home. They do a professional and neat job and the BEST foot massages ever. They have every color you would want, everyone who I have recommended loves the place and made it their regular!! Shout out to the receptionist I call her T Baby lol

I really enjoy this place. Everyone is really nice and friendly. I ended up getting a no-chip pedicure which felt amazing and a full set of white acrylic nails. They look fantastic and I can’t wait to see them in two weeks! ❤️
