Lady made fun of my feet in front of me because i had a chipped nail.....and no, my feet were not disgusting or anything, they just had a simple chip. She told me that she'd never seen feet like mine (which was probably a lie, because a lot of people chip their nails) VERY BAD NAIL TECHS...INEXPERIENCED AND RUDE. The lady tried to remove an ingrown toenail and made my foot bleed and then she tried to tell me my foot wasn't bleeding, which it obviously was . And then she told me "hold on I'm almost done" instead of stopping and trying to be more gentle. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! they also gossip about their other clients and they talk bad about their co-workers. The manicure left bubbles in my nails because the nail tech didn't do a good job filing and buffering. I would not recommend this luvs. The one on Hall road is much better. Just tried to have an enjoyable afternoon with my sister-in-law....luvs did a terrible job. VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM WORKERS! DO NOT GO HERE! AND BTW, MY FEET HAVE HURT SINCE I WENT BECAUSE OF HOW DEEP THEY CUT INTO MY FOOT.....I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS. Manager (amanda) also did a terrible job painting my niece's nails.....TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO....manager also told my sister-in-law that she didn't make an appointment and she didn't ask for gel services. My sister in law called her and told her she wanted gel services, turns out the manager couldn't even bother to write it down....she should not be allowed to run a store. I seriously doubt the equipment was clean either. I ended up with a toe infection....this store needs help or It needs to go.
Made this review yesterday, and I wanted to update it and say that both of my feet have infections, I'm on an antibiotic and am leaving for college tomorrow. DO NOT GO HERE.

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because they got my friend and I in right away as walk-ins. Other than that I'd give 1 star. The nail tech I had filed my beautiful toenails basically down to nothing and when I finally saw what she was doing it was too late. She also kept making comments about how short my fingernails were, 3 different times to be exact. Well yeah, genius, that's why I'm getting a manicure. My friend who had another nail tech, really got screwed, though. Her nail tech stood while painting her fingernails, and got the nail polish literally all over my friend's fingers and hands. She also didn't paint them properly because some spots had no polish while some had huge blobs. Her toenails were painted the same way. I will never go back there.

Prices were good but the girl didn't seem experienced. She cut my cuticle back so far it bled and didn't grow back in that area, after almost three months. (And got infected.) And the icing on the cake was that the nail polish chipped less than 24 hours after.

I tried dealing with corporate before rating them poorly but they too seem not to care about the bad experience had by myself, my daughter, and sister in law. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

Just don't. If you want a pedicure where they just stick your feet in the water and then paint your nails, then go for it. They basically use an Emery board to remove dead skin, dont clean under your nails, etc. Took less than 20 minutes. Worst pedicure I've ever had (and it wasnt just my tech, they all did the same thing)
