I went here to have my previously applied (out of state) acrylic gel nails removed and a manicure. This is the first time getting my nails done that the nail technician hasn't snagged my cuticle with the dremel-like instrument. She was very gentle during the entire process. She and a coworker stayed late to finish up my nails and another customer so that was appreciated. My new polish did start chipping after only a day, but I think the polish was old or maybe applied too thickly. Regardless, because she stayed late and no pain was inflicted, I will return for future services.
