I arrived in Seattle on Business and with a little time to spare I came across this Salon. I went in and ask if they removed Shellac which I had on at the time. I also asked if they stocked CND Shellac products which I always have. They didn't but had Gelish, which is normally my second choice treatment. The technician filed my nails so roughly the cuticles bled, I asked her twice to be more gentle but she ignored me. She was in such a hurry that the Gelish didn't even dry properly between coats under the UV light. In short, by the time I left the salon, I had bleeding cuticles which stung like a B, my nails were so roughly filed the ends were jagged (I had to file them into shape when I got home), and to make matters worse, one of my cut cuticles became infected and swollen in the days after. Absolutely disgraceful, rushed, shoddy treatment. (Oh and the polish was clearly unevenly applied.) AVOID AT ALL COSTS LADIES!

Clean, comfortable salon with cheerful staff. Nice pedicure!
