I enjoy the fact it’s so close to home an they do a pretty good job with nails 💅🏻 & pedicures ! I’ve also gotten my eyebrows waxed here an they also do great work with that also!!!!

I received a pedicure and there was something in the paint on one of my toes...I asked the lady if she could fix it and she stated no one will see that..sorry if I am paying I want it to look nice. So the man comes over and tries to see the spot and runs his finger through my polish’s and messes it up...had he not done that she could have added paint or put a design over it to cover it up...but he starts yelling on why he smeared my polish all over my toe...mean while they had already put my color back on the wall and couldn’t find same color..so I asked them to just to remove polish and they proceed to charge me full price...I have also had another problem with them charging more for the tip amount then what I left on the ticket and when confronted she would not fix it and did not offer to discount another service or anything...very rude place in such a small town I don’t see how they stay busy I suggest going to Ashland city for services!

My daughter and I arrived at 10:30 this morning for the same services, a gel mani & pedi. We were immediately seated in the pedicure chairs, as there was no one else waiting for services. The nail tech proceeded to do our pedicures. All of a sudden, my daughter was escorted by the nail tech to the nail chairs, in the middle of her pedicure. There was no explanation given. She then sat at the manicure station for 20 minutes, while the nail tech began working on another person who had just walked into the salon. While my nail tech proceeded to finish my pedicure and begin my manicure, my daughter still had not been tended to. Mind you, her toes were still not finished. I questioned what was going on, as we arrived together and were leaving together, and I was told that it would be just another 20 minutes. Just before my nail tech finished my manicure, another nail tech escorted my daughter back to the pedicure chairs, to finally start on her pedicure, and then her manicure.
We did not leave the nail salon until 1:15, 2 hours and 45 minutes after we had arrived.
4 or 5 people were worked on and finished while we were still there waiting.
Not to mention, the paint job somehow looked rushed and sloppy. Upon paying and leaving I expressed my displeasure with my services, to which a male nail tech informed me was “fine” and that I could take my money elsewhere. So I did.
Working in the hospitality industry, my daughter noted that a good business owner should never allow a customer to leave unhappy.
I will not be returning.

I went to get a filling on my nails and the lady that worked on them I had never seen before..she cut my finger and also when she was done it didn't even look like I got a filing. Horrible job...

I have had a problem with biting my nails ever since I was really small… One thing that helps keep me from doing that is getting a standard manicure every once in a while, so that's what I decided to do. My nails are extremely short and not pretty at all, but I've never really been ashamed of them. Usually I sit down and just laugh with whoever is doing my nails and apologize for how tiny they are. The person that was doing my nails at the salon not only made fun of them, but also showed them to her coworkers laughing and then proceeded to show them to the customers that were sitting on either side of me and laughing. It was obvious that it made the other customers uncomfortable also. I was not happy about it at all. One thing I cannot stand is when a business doesn't know how to properly treat a paying customer. So if you feel like blatantly getting made fun of, this is where you should go. Also, on top of the lack of courtesy, my manicure looks like crap. I understand that my nails might be harder to do than others, but I have had nice manicures before, but this is one of the worst. It was obvious that the lady thought my manicure didn't really matter since my hands aren't exactly "pretty" in the first place.
