My new nail salon. I did have to wait just a bit, but it was Saturday.!!! The wait was worth it. Very nice and cordial staff; most important - I was impressed by the cleanliness.

This shop does a great job of making you feel welcomed and pampered. I've gone to other nail shops in the area and have not had long lasting results with the polish staying on. T&H are pricey, but in line with the other shops in the area.
I once brought my reluctant 80 year old father in for a pedicure. It was his first one in life. He was pampered beyond belief. Can you believe he asked me about going back a few days ago?!? Lol! I think I will make that his Father's day gift!

I waited an hour for a sub par pedicure with no massage. I would’ve liked to have been informed of the wait before I was hurried into a chair. I told the technician twice that I wanted my mani and pedi to match and that I wanted acrylic dip on my hands. When it came time time for my hands I was told that they didn’t have the corresponding dip but she had a color that was similar. Well, I ended up with red toes and pink fingers. My nails on my left hand are all filed with a slant. My right thumb has a speed bump in the middle of it. The technician acknowledged the mistake when it happened but didn’t correct it. And to top it all off, the finish of my polish is hazy and speckled even though I chose a solid color (ie not a glitter/matte/crackled finish). Oh and no massage with the manicure either. When I went to go wash my hands, there were only 2 unsanitized nail brushes out for the all of the customers to use. Gross and illegal. The trip to the sink gave me an opportunity to view the wax area which was filthy. I am a salon professional and I would never perform a service in such an unsanitary setting. The one good thing I can say is that both technicians were nice and polite but in the end the service was not worth the price or the time.

It is okay...my technician was very nice but one of the other operator's talked very rough and unprofessional to me, and I was not her client...I still tipped my technician she was very sweet and kind.

Great job on my nails they looked fantastic and lasted over a week without chipping which is very rare. The pedicure was a little short. I would have liked a little more time soaking
