There are some amazing technicians at this establishment; however, there is ZERO guarantee that you will get one on any given day. I have gone here for months, and the quality has been so up and down that I dreaded going in there with friends.
I came in with a dip manicure done 1.5 weeks ago that was already chipping, and asked to have another dip manicure done. My nail tech did not soak it off and instead drilled off my nails and made them paper thin, even nicking my skin more than once. I asked her to just use clear polish instead of applying dip again, knowing my nails were damaged. She did not remove all the residue from the previous manicure and pained clear polish over my nails. She tried to charge me for this service, and I had to point out how this was unacceptable. Ultimately, they did not charge me for this manicure, but I did pay with over 2.5 hours of my time this morning.
Lastly, I tried to leave a review on my Google account connected to Heavenly Nails and I found that they blocked me from leaving a review. This is incredibly unprofessional behavior and it makes me wonder how many other people had a similar experience and were blocked from leaving an honest review. I am extremely disappointed and will never go back to this establishment.

I can’t say enough how much I appreciate and love getting my nails done by Candie! She takes on all of the design challenges I bring her, is gentle on my natural nails & cuticles, has great application technique, and is so sweet!

I did not like the experience I had at this place. The pedicure was nice, but the manicure was subpar. I got a dip manicure. The manicure consisted of warm water and then basic cuticle trim. No cuticle softener or anything. Also, I had to ask them not to use the UV light for dip, which i thought was understood. But i think the most disappointing is the dip does not start at my cuticle so it looks like I need a fill in on day one after getting it done. I don’t recommend this place.

Great experience the best nail I have ever had. The whole set only took an hour which was insane to me plus got a great hand massage. The Design is perfect and I only showed Tracy once.The nails aren’t too thick but literally perfect. These are the best nails I’ve ever had.

I’ve been coming here for years and they always do a solid job. Occasionally the nail tech will be running behind however they give you a courtesy call to let you know which is great. The parking lot is small and parking can be an issue so just plan accordingly.
I recommend going to Sally I’ve been a client of her for years and knows exactly what I like! She specializes in dip and also does amazing ombre nails. Overall, I recommend this nail studio as you’ll get consistent service and it’s easy to book online!
