After calling this shop to make sure that they did acrylics, specifically pink and white acrylics they said yes. I made an appointment and came in, and after the woman had already started filing off the polish I had on previously, she then proceeds to tell me that I would have to do a pink and white dip with tips. This is not the service I requested, and made an appointment for, and they should’ve been upfront and honest about it with me when I called. Beyond that, they certainly shouldn’t have started filing off the polish I had, before informing me they weren’t going to do the service that I had an appointment for.

Linh is incredible! She is so kind, meticulous at her work, calm, and fully attentive. She is truly invested in customer service, constantly checking to make sure her customer is okay. The salon is clean, and fully stocked with so many different options in terms of colours and types of polish/gel/powder. There are matching no-chip and regular polishes so you can mix and match. On top of all that, my nails look amazing!!!! Thank you Linh, I will definitely be back!

Lin does my acrylics exactly how I like them. She’s fast and simply a pro. Have been to 3 other places in Chicago and they were never right or skinned my cuticles down to bare or took forever to do them. She also does my eye brows - perfect balance of fullness and clean. Won’t trust anyone else with my acrylics or brows.

I went today for the first time, Lynn was amazing! I had a no chip fill and pedicure. Lynn also does the “dip” fill. I love the way she did my nails, and I usually am a bit picky. Lol. She is nice and very efficient. The salon is clean and updated. This is definitely my new place!! Good prices too.
