I would not recommend this place to anyone. They did great on my pedicure but the paint is horrible. I was going to get my gel took off and new gel to replace it. It was going to end up being $35 for just my gel polish!! The lady argued with me that I had acrylic nails on (which I can’t have in nursing school lol) It’s also and extra $5 if you want white tips which is understandable if it’s done clean and decent but mine isn’t. They throw in extra prices as they feel needed. Don’t waste your money.

My nails are in pain. I had one broken nail and I went to them for a fill in and she ripped off my broken nail. My nails are bubbly from polish streaks and she pained one glitter nail and none on the others. This places is not recommended. They are all horrible and rude people too. Not friendly. LEARN ENGLISH.

This is my second time going to lovely nails and they don’t know what they doing ! The first time I went I got my nails done , a white tip .. it was bubbles in my nails in every nail ! The lady wanted to act stupid and not remember who I was! The second time I went to get a pedicure .. I’m not sure if this girl was new or what but she took 30-40 mins removing my gel with a nail file . And my pedicure was so fast and I wasted my money smh.

Went here today and had a lady named Sophia do my nails, I told her I wanted them a little bit short but not too short. She ended up giving me tiny nails that look like bubbles. When I told her I was not happy with them, she tried to argue with me then told me if I wanted them to get fixed she was going to charge me for another full set. She was rude and doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. Oh yes, she's also the manager. Will never go back here.
