Today I brought my girls in for their first professional color. Knowing it is a cash or check only establishment (after learning the hard way) I was certain to ask what it would cost all three of us to have color services as I have never tipped less than 18-20% on a service. I wanted to ensure i could make that happen. TERI quoted me $65 per kid (paying from their own stash of cash) and told me it would be $27 for all over color for me. I asked if that included a dry. She said it would be $39 for a color cut and blowfly. I told her I did NOT want to get a cut. She said for color and dry it would be $32. I specifically confirmed $32 for color and dry. My eldest daughter said, you better set 32 aside and then get your tip ready mom. I set $41 aside for my service alone and then at checkout, TERI told me it would be $39. I told her that was not what she told me and she insisted on $39. You can imagine how embarrassed i was to not be able to adequately tip my stylist. I had even consulted with my stylist about the price. Horrible experience with the front desk

This place was a blessing while traveling. My beautician where I live did I don't know what to my hair and I needed a fix for my event that night. Awesome job, and I looked great for all the pictures, and days later it is still awesome. Thank you

I don't go anywhere else to get my haircut never have to wait long And everybody there is very nice

I've been going here for years. I'm always happy with my cut and get many compliments. Their rates are very reasonable.

Great place to get a hair cut especially if you are on a budget. I've had better haircuts here than some $30 shops. Highly recommend Jeanne!!
