Worst experience I have ever had at a nail spa. I went in for a manicure/pedicure because it was a convenient location. My first reaction was that the decor leaves a lot to be desired. They advertise a special price ($32) but they don't tell you that's only if you pay cash, otherwise it's $35. My technician Van did a terrible job on both my pedicure and manicure and I had to remind her about the massages. She did them but very halfheartedly with little effort and started pulling my sleeves down onto the cream that had not yet been absorbed on my arms. When I got home and took a better look at my nails I realized she had not touched my cuticles at all and they were in bad shape. I called the salon and asked to speak to the owner but I was told he wasn't in. After a couple of days of calls, I finally spoke with Steve who said he was the owner. He was very rude and not interested in my complaints at all. He grudgingly agreed that I could go back and have my cuticles done, but he would not redo the nail polish even though it would be ruined. The whole experience was a disaster and I am certainly never going to return. There are several very good manicurists in this area - don't waste your money on this one.

Went here for a simple polish remove on my fingernails and the lady left the polish smeared across my finger tips. She used the same cotton swab for both hands. I asked her if she can use a clean cotton swab and polish remover and she put oil on my fingertips and had me wash my hands. The tips of my fingers are all pink, the color of my old polish, and she still didn’t take off all the polish. She still didn’t get a clean swab.

Did a decent job. But no one spoke very good English. Hard to tell them what you want done.

Great people. Friendly. More expensive than others. Honest about wait time.
