Went to get a pedicure, and the lady was doing a different client before me. She used the same tools, and towels she used on her, on me and did not sanitize them at all. I was so mortified. I wanted to just ask her to please stop. But felt obligated since I had already st down. My boyfriend went right after me, and again used the same tools. She did not even try to disinfect them at all! She also yanked out the sides of our nails, thinking we had ingrown toenails and we didn't, they were left bloody and in pain. We are hoping we don't get some sort of infection or fungus due to the lack of cleanliness. Never going again!

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible service! The worst job I have ever received, and I only got a pedicure!

Waited an hour just to be seen . Since it was 30 minutes from closing by that time they did a half assed super disheartening job. I usually am not a person who complains but the people who work here need to either retire or hire efficient staff. A fill goes for about $15 yet she tried to charge me $22. She then lowered it to $20 once I said something. Also the lady kicked me out once she was finished without letting them dry because they were closing. Needless to say I will never come here again.

Now I see why they have only 2.9 stars. I asked a woman on the phone how much for a fill, she says I need to come into the store to determine how much I need to pay for a fill. I ask her what’s the most they would charge someone for a fill, she says “ok, bye.”
