If you are looking for anything beyond just a simple color, don’t bother going to this place. I started with a girl who was rude enough to let me hanging after she was unable to do ombré. The management switched my service to a guy without any apology or simple explanation. I lost my trust and decided to go with simple color. The male tech was very precise and he is the reason for the 2 star.

They did an amazing job!!! They were polite and so nice to talk to. I ended up returning on the same day cause I accidentally broke my nail and they repaired it with no issues! Mind you they were about to close in 15 mins! I will definitely be back!

I usually give places a least 3 stars if they did an ok job but was polite. Though I love the color I picked, they could have done better and to top it off the whole point of my friend and I going there was for the champagne that they offer, only to be offered soda or water then see a white lady come in later and be offered champagne! You would think in the midst of what is going on people would be more mindful and aware of their discriminatory behavior but they clearly didn't care.
They just cared enough to get that money. Had I not paid for the half a**ed polish job or for the fact that we were discriminated against, I would've been considered to have acted stereotypically.

Kim was amazing; however, just a heads up, they charge an extra $5 for cuticle treatment. One would think it’s included in the deluxe manicure price.

I received a Royal Pedicure and Manicure today at Day Spa in Grapevine. It was the best pedicure I have ever had and my finger nail look great! The staff is very talented, cordial and professional. Go there next time you need your nails done, you won’t be disappointed. The owners Kelly and Hai run a very clean and professional business.
