Customer service was awesome the nail salon look really clean and tidy they had a wide variety of colors to use however this was by far the worst acrylic set I have ever had I don't know what happened I do know that the woman who did my nails seem like she was a little under the weather but when I tell you I went in I had asked for a French tip she was really quick so to speak like she didn't even bother to ask me what my preferred length was but it wasn't really a big deal cuz she cut them at a okay length for me but the fact that my nails literally the next day was filled with air bubbles and lift and I looked at them closely and I noticed that she actually did not put the acrylic very close to my cuticle so by day 4 I was literally able to just bend the end of my nails and they would pop off. So I'm definitely not going to let that particular person do my nails again however there is another young lady that works there and she did a spectacular job on someone else's nails so I'm going to give them another try this week and take pictures and hopefully the other nail tech can do a better job.

Nice people, got a Hawaiian flower on my thumb nails, a lady who wasnt the one doing my mani pedi came over to do the flower. She did it by hand, and they were beautiful. Got gels done, they had a small led light machine that you put your hand in after each coat. My gels didn't last any longer or shorter than VK nails, which I had done 2 weeks before I went to all star nails. The spa water wasnt very warm, but I like really hot water. The chair was nice, message chair. The lady took a long time with me, but it wasn't cause she was slow, it takes forever to take gels off before putting new gels on. I didn't know, I've never had gels removed before. I was charged $55 for a mani pedi with flowers and gels on fingers only. Gave a tip, so I spent $60.
