This review is for the nail tech, Lei only. He always does an amazing job on my manicures & pedicures. He’s fast but doesn’t cut corners. He’s clean. Uses clean towels & utensils. He’s precise, does my nails exactly how I ask. If he knows a color may not work, he suggests something else. Good critical thinking skills and customer service.

Very pleasant experience, I went in to get gel nails, and the worker helped me with figuring out how to get my ideal nail look. Very quick and courteous will be coming back again!

Salon is clean and well managed (the owner Lily came is very friendly). They took me as a walk in and I received a great gel manicure! I have short nails which can sometimes make it difficult to get the nail design I want, but not this time. Best manicure I’ve gotten in the city so far!

I will not be going back. My full set of acrylics was popping off after less than 2 weeks which I’ve never had happen before, so I went to them to get a fill since they did the original set, and the nail tech said these are no good they all need to come off and get a new set, so I said I don’t really want to pay for a new set I only want to pay for a fill since these are less than 2 weeks old and I got them done here. The guy was like visibly upset and the girl working the counter seemed like she was talking him down?? He was super rough and obviously mad. Most of my cuticles were bleeding when I left and my nails are different shapes with some areas missing top coat. The kicker though is that they said ok that’ll be $65 and I was like $65? For a fill? The original set was $70?? And he said yeah well your shape and gel cost extra. (Which they had not last time). Super weird and uncomfortable time and I will find somewhere else for the future.

I had to find a new nail place when my person retired and Elite Nails was a great find. I've been there a handful of times already and usually get Kathy to do my nails. They are always perfect and I've never had an issue. She even did a fun design for me last time I was there. Also, they give phenomenal pedicures. If you're looking to treat yourself, this is the place to go.
