Completely upset. The first time I went and got a gel overlay it was okay the second time I went I got my eyebrows and a fill in. I specifically told the tech what I wanted (a standard french with designs) and received something completely different. When I pointed out the mistakes, smudges and sloppy lines the tech continued to yes me and assured me that when she applied the top coat to my nails it would look nice. Finished product was thick and poorly done. My eyebrows were waxed to the point of non existent. I actually have to draw in my eyebrows every morning before going into work!!! I was charged a lot of money for cheap quality service. The salon may look nice and be clean but bottom line, I paid money to walk around with horrendous eyebrows and ugly nails. I was referred because the salon is under new management. I would not be returning here and am currently looking for another salon (to pay again) so I can get this fixed.

Under new management and the salon look much cleaner. Pice is reasonable.

This experience stunk! I walked in, after being quoted a 15 minute wait, I waited 30 minutes!
Furthermore, the nail polish selection was very, very minimal.
The person doing my mani&pedi had her niece at work with her, and whilst doing my nails went to take care of other customers (eyebrow wax, short, but still annoying).
Furthermore, her nail painting job was extremely shoddy. I was so disappointed with the job that I asked her to re-do my entire left hand. and when she was redoing my left hand, she kept speaking in Vietnamese to her co-worker, talking crap about me, I'm sure.
She skimped on the base and top coat, lotion, and just about everything. She kept washing and reusing the towels instead of getting new, heated towels.
The nail polish used was so old. It has a funky smell, and I'm almost tempted to just erase everything.
Don't ever go here.
