A nightmare
I had my appointment on September 28 and it will be a month calling them every day and they show no interest in the client and their needs. They told me several times that they were going to call me back and never did, every time I tried to communicate they told me that I already had an updated pre-registration and I called the pharmacy and they did not receive my new pre-registration.
I feel very disappointed, I think I never imagined feeling so frustrated and lonely in this process, I regret having chosen Dermatology Consultants of South Florida to care for my skin. the only thing they focused on was the payment after you pay they do not care anymore.
Now I am in a complex situation because I do not know what to do if I ask for my money back or I have definitely lost my money and my time, and my skin continues to get worse due to the negligence of Dermatology Consultants of South Florida
