Surprisingly I have never heard of this place until recently. I have frequented their competition for years but I must say I think I have a new favorite. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. Even though there were many people picking up, there were some who came to dine in and things were still very organized. We ordered ours to go but will definitely be back. The prices were great too. I don't know how come I've never heard of them.

Excellent environment with good food. A staple in the community, they've also catered events for me in the past.
Update: we used them to cater a party & they were phenomenal. They arrived early, set up was proficient & they kept the lines low.

Great soul food, great service.
Ordered my meal to go and it was ready in under 20 mins.
Fried chicken is great, but the collard greens are out of sight AND I love those yams!!! Cornbread is good, too.
Worth the commute there and back. :-)
By the way, the price is not that bad.

Hello Corinne's Place, I ordered wings and pork chops on Sunday April 18, I must say that the wings were soft and not cooked all the way and not seasoned and the pork chops were hard and dry. I understand your place is very busy on Sunday, however, I'd rather wait for food to be cooked properly. I've been there several times and never had that experience. I will continue to support you but I will not visit on Sundays.

I used to visit Corinne's all the time before I moved from Jersey. Decided to travel a couple hours today for the buffet and I was highly disappointed. I'm upset I wasted my time. Inside customer service of the man serving was non existent. Just rude and had an attitude. Also for price of buffet platter was very skimpy. 2 meats were given of 3 wing dings and one fried thigh and one small spoonful of 3 sides. That is not the Corinne's I remember. I could have gotten a full serving of meat ordering a regular platter. The platter I got didn't even taste half decent. I will not be coming back or recommending to anyone anymore. 1 star just for customer service of the man running the line outside.
