I’m honestly shocked at how awful this place was. Clean, has good reviews but SO slow and SO expensive. I live in Manhattan and get my nails done at a spa like place like this and don’t even pay this much.
Also, if the quality and time was good / worth it, it would be one thing but it was awful. The nail technician was nice but kept hitting my toes and scuffing them which took so long. They barely fill the tub with warm water which was weird to start off with. And the manicure was probably the worst, sloppiest I’ve ever had. Didn’t even cut my cuticles, polish job is splotchy and super uneven. The best accommodation they gave me was to come back and they’d fix it for free.
I never leave bad reviews but hoping someone sees this and doesn’t waste the time and money I did :(.

I was refered by a friend so I thought I would try somewhere new and I really wanted to try the Dazzle nail polish that I have been hearing so much about( an alternative to gels..) so I decided to do a manicure and pedicure and go for the whole experience. I saw Lilya and she was great and would highly recommend her. I also liked the No “cell phone” and peaceful atmosphere of this mail sanctuary. I recommend you go on either Monday or Tuesday , they are offering a special. I will give a followup feedback on the “Dazzle” polish and let you know how long it lasted!

I can't express how disappointed I am. Let me begin with the positives: My first visit to this salon, with Julia providing a Russian manicure using hard gel, was absolutely fantastic, and I adored the results. Julia's service and demeanor were delightful. However, my second appointment several weeks later, for an IBX strengthening treatment, was a nightmare. Although the technician was pleasant, she clearly didn't know how to remove hard gel and had to seek assistance. This should have raised a red flag, but I hoped for the best. To make matters worse, she used an electric filer that left me with a slight burn. She then submerged my nails in hot acetone, which was uncomfortable, and when I asked for it to be cooler claimed it was necessary and the slightly warm acetone won’t work as well. After the acetone soak, she filed my nails once more. My nails felt raw and painful, which she assured me was normal, advising me not to apply anything to them for a while. It wasn't until after I left that I realized how sensitive and damaged my nails had become. They were flexible, easily breakable, and causing me severe discomfort. I can’t even scratch my nose without feeling the discomfort from my nail bending. Weeks have passed, and my nails remain in the same sorry state, with visible damage from the excessive filing (see picture the white part is my natural nail growing back the rest is my damaged nail bed). I had to cut my nails short as anything longer became uncomfortable due to the reasons I mentioned. It will likely take months, if not a year, to restore them to normal or even be able to enjoy a simple manicure.

I rarely get manicures or pedicures because nail salons are often so noisy and busy. This was well worth it and gave me time to actually wind down and enjoy some me time. The ambiance was incredibly soothing, each client gets a generous amount of space and my nail tech, Jennifer was attentive and caring. My feet and hands look and feel fantastic!

I recently moved to Boca Raton from living in NYC, finding my new nail home was a must!
I've been getting Russian Manicures for almost 2 years now, so a simple gel or regular manicure was out of the question. I researched and found Julia at Namaste.
Upon arrival I was greeted and made feel welcome. The aesthetic is welcoming and clean.
Julia did an incredible job with my Russian Manicure and I could not be happier with my service. I've already rebooked for my next! 10/10
