I just walked out of this place. They literally serve you based on the money your spending. I wanted a fill in and color change on my toes along with my daughter who wanted a full set(they thought it was just a color change) and they made me wait 30 minutes while 3 other customers walked in before me and got service along with their daughters. Very rude! Very high priced and only care about getting your money, their nail service is only. 6 outta 10 my nailed lifted, chipped and changed colors.

Wonderful atmosphere and great customer service. My first experience with Angel was absolutely peaceful. She was very skilled in her craft and made it a pleasurable time. Met my early timeline. I will return for future visits.

I hate to do this because I loved my nail tech and my nails looked pretty good. The sanitation in this place is well below par. I had a rash on both of my hands and thought it was an allergy but it turns out it is a fungus that I got from going here. It’s going away with a topical anti fungal ointment. Another person there had it too. I don’t want to name names but I urge signature to follow state board’s sanitation guidelines.

Horrible experience! Me and mother went for a pedicure and next gen polish we arrived at 1:20pm they told us it would be a 45 min wait . That was fine with us so we waited. It took them TWO HOURS to get us back! There was no apology or anything. Back then I would come in and there was a different owner and the service was great but now he is no longer here and the service has gone down a lot! Now it’s 4:30 and we’re still here . Pedicure experience horrible for me and my mother . My mom had to get out of her pedicure chair almost about to leave so someone could come and do them. I will no longer be coming here . Horrible experience.

I’ve been going to nail salon for years! I love it. Julie did AMAZING on my pedicure, and really got out the tension in my feet. Angel’s expertise made me feel comfortable with trying Nexgen Nails! Holly and Joe were EXCEPTIONAL managers as they ensured that everyone was comfortable and properly serviced. Ha did my moms nails and was really patient and considerate. Tracy did my grandmother’s pedicure and my grandmother felt so cared for and appreciated. I highly recommend this salon to everyone. :)
