Horrible, horrible service. It was the worst experience at a nail I've ever had. I asked for a regular mani/pedi and the lady that was taking care of me insisted on me getting gel. She asked this question at least 6 times (no exaggeration). To make things worse, she said the colors I was picked for my nails were ugly and made a horrible face. She told me this at least 3 times and I had to stand by my choice every single time. The worst part of this all is that I don't treat myself and do my nails very often so this experience was not at all worth my wait. I'm truly disappointment and urge anyone to reconsider and take their service elsewhere. Never coming back. No one should leave an establishment feeling this horrible.

This place is horrible. The customer service is nonexistent. The nail techs make rude comments and talk about you to the other nail techs. The manager has no authority. They’re al just friends. They don’t care about the quality of their service. I got a fill after a week and was charged 28 dollars because the nail tech had an attitude. If you expect to get what you paid for then don’t go here. Keep looking boo.

First time here today and I absolutely love it here. Great service, good quality nails and great prices! Definitely recommend this place.

They are pretty quick here and some really do a good job you just have to hope you get lucky and get a nice and attentive nail technician. Every time I come I see new faces that I don’t have a go to person but I know a lot of customers that do come here have their favorite person and are willing to wait for them. I’ve gotten mani/pedi and acrylics here as well as an eyebrow waxing. I’d recommend to check it out if you are curious about the place.

I spent $75 on my nails and they popped off not broke off but popped off after a week and they talking about they guarantee 3 days to hell with this nail shop
