I have given this place 3 opportunities to show me what type of establishment they are. I'm not impressed.
First impression was mediocre, but at least the woman doing my "gel" manicure had me feeling that they cared about their customers leaving with what they wanted.
Second experience- I came in simply to remove the gel polish. The man who did this was so glum, seemingly, that I was very uncomfortable. Then he proceeded to dremmel the gel off all the way down to my natural nail. He filed/dremmeled my nail bed down so far that I felt compelled to now pay for a manicure, gel again of course. Within two days of that manicure, even with the gel, my nails were so weak and brittle that the simple act of braiding my daughters hair ripped my nail.
Obviously, I was frustrated- I've spent way too much money at this point for my nails to be this weak and ripping. Especially when my natural nail is very strong. However, being out of town and very busy for multiple weeks, allowed for more of my naturally strong healthy nails to grow out and I was clipping the gel portion off. Turns out I should've just trusted myself and stayed that route.
3rd Experience- Today I walk in and explain this to the woman who greeted me and was doing my mani/pedi. I said I just wanted a manicure and pedicure, no polish, definitely no gel, so I could allow my natural nails to grow through. Regardless the manicurist, as the woman I initially spoke to was doing the pedicure portion, proceeded to file down my nail bed to "remove the bump" that was caused from the initial over "buffing/filing/dremmeling". I told her repetitively that I didnt want that. After a lot of foreign language transpiring back and forth amongst multiple of the women in the establishment, accompanied by chuckling, I felt as if they were talking trash about me. I asked them what they were saying and they said they would put a clear coat strengthener for free on my nail which I accepted and appreciated. However when I went to pay, they up charged me for removing the 1/4 inch of gel polish that was still left on my nail- from the gel manicure that I had originally received from them. I dont know if this is common pracpractice as I never had gel manicure before and will never have another again, but I have never paid to have polish removed, further more it seems asinine as I originally had paid to get the gel polish from them.
So- being that there are a ton of other establishments locally, I can not say I would ever return to this place. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Did I mention that my nail bed was filed so low that simply putting them in the warming sleeve they use made my nail bed have a severe burning sensation. I'm not typically one to complain, but that was just torturous.

Life savers!! I went to another nail salon who didn’t do a good job on my acrylics, some of my nails were crooked, uneven in lengths and they did a terrible job painting them, I called 30 minutes before Bella closed thinking it was too last minute too take me but they were super sweet and agreed to taking my appointment, i was surprised at how fast, DETAILED, and beautiful my nails came out!! I definitely recommend them to EVERYONE!

I have been coming here since it opened. I've tried other places and I never like them as much. The very best spa pedicure out there. Period. Great massage and sweet ladies. I like that no men work there. I prefer ladies only and don't want to make a male feel bad. I love the feeling of the place. ♡

I was reading all the reviews here and i was very surprise. I actually have been going here for about 6 years, i have never had any issues, my daughter who is now 16 has come as well, with and without me. They have never said no to taking us even knowing i don't have an appointment, and i don't mind waiting because that means they are not rushing you off a chair to take more people. I have tried all the places around me and this is by far the cleanest place, the nail techs are very good, and they are very nice, I guess i like the fact that they are not talking to me because I go there to relax and I'm very secure about myself so even if they talked bad about me i would not know I don't speak their language. We live in a very negative world where people are always judging each other. My nails always look great and i have never gotten an infection or cut by anyone here.

The service is terrible . They leave nail polish and glue around your nails, talk bad about you the whole time, and leave bubbles on your nails. If you go there and ask for th nail size you want they pretty much choose it for you. Overall do not recommend it.
