I have NEVER left a nail servicing without paying in my entire life. I came in for a FILL with beautiful, perfectly shaped nails (natural nails with an acrylic natural toned ombré overlay) that I have spent months growing out to perfection. I stopped the nail tech half way through the acrylic overlay process for 1.ruining my shape, 2. cutting my fingertips with the file multiple times, 3. drilling my natural nail underneath the overlay out and 4. not listening to me. She obviously didn’t know how to ombré with acrylic powder, the nails were horribly thick, the blunt white line beaming through the natural colored powder almost to the base of my nail bed...meanwhile Trying to convince me that the botched job that she was attempting to do even came close to what I had. I even said “look at me and tell me this is even remotely close to what my nails looked like when I came in here. She said “well your lady knows what you like” which I replied I told you I want a fill of what mine looks like!!! You saw my nails!!! With lumpy acrylic still on my nails I left. Maybe simple people you can fool, but as a licensed cosmetology graduate, you can’t fool me with your complete lack of skill, consultation,or willingness to listen to the client. You tried to put the wrong acrylic powder on my nails which I had to correct you and debate with you 3 times until you realized that you had indeed grabbed the wrong color.... I should have left right then. And instead of starting over, you just put the new color of acrylic right over creating a giant thick blob of a nail. When I told you that was too thick, you said it looked natural. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Completely horrible. Luckily having a license myself I went home and did them myself until I can make an appointment with my usual nail technician.

I have been coming here for a year now and I really love the service I get. The technicians know me by name now and they always do a wonderful job!

I use to come here all the time, and I don’t think I will be back here again. Yesterday I came in for a nail set and half way through I got this uncomfortable feeling and vibe coming from the lady doing my nails and then her other friend came next her and they were just laughing and making me feel really uncomfortable. Thankfully when they were finished I paid and said thank you and they just started laughing again. Very rude customer service here. Also my friend was getting a deluxe pedicure and he wanted a clear coat on his toes when they were finished, and the lady rolled her eyes and huffed and then did a clear coat. I use to love coming here but yesterday was my final time. Taking my business somewhere else

Not the best experience. “Specialists” here don’t even know how to do a “moon” nail color. Pricing is rediculous. Paid $25 for hust nail color, NO MANICURE, JUST the COLOR! I would avoid this place. Also, not a lot of color options .
