Michelangelo my trainer has been fantastic. He has great workouts that challenge me but also keep evolving. Sage Fitness is clean and has top notch equipment. Highly recommend everyone giving them a try.

They listen to what your needs are and help you achieve them. They take care to avoid injuries and coach you on the proper way to do things. I am so happy with them and couldn’t say enough good things. Highly recommend them!

My husband and I have been working out at Sage Fitness for a few years now. Hands down, it is the perfect personal training gym. It's clean, has friendly staff, and great equipment. We really enjoy our sessions at Sage Fitness.

Once again... Sage Fitness arises with a new location. This man knows his game better than any private or chain gym I have stept in.
