Everyone here is so friendly and very talented! Last year I was looking for a new salon in Reno and went to 3 different ones before I found Casabella. I was blown away with how good they were and I've been going to them exclusively ever since. They are very welcoming and greet almost everyone by name when they walk in. They are very sanitary and organized and mindful of social distancing. Also they just added a salon chair for haircuts, color and styling. Ana did my hair yesterday and I love it! After going to one of the highest rated salons in Reno and not getting the look I wanted, Ana was able to do it in one session. 5 stars all the way for Casabella.

We had a group of 6 that wanted to book an appointment for pedicures about 4 hours before we wanted to come in. We called at least 5 other places in town and were shot down because of low staff (and they were very rude saying they couldn’t and then just hanging up). The lady that took our call was so kind and explained they only had 5 workers but they could do 5 and then the other one but couldn’t do it til 2:30 (the time we wanted anyways!). We showed up and they were all SO NICE, I mean the nicest staff I’ve ever had getting my nails done. They also spoke great English, a lot of other places I feel like they pretend they can’t understand you at all- but we got to chat and they were great. Their service was quick but not rushed and good value. They also offered us wine (red or white) and water while we had our service. One of their staff accidentally grabbed hot wax (originally I wanted to add it and then changed my mind) and then let me have it at no extra cost. Overall, if I could pick this place up and move it back home with me I would absolutely do so. Any time I’m back in Reno I will gladly support them.

Had a wonderful pedicure. The massage chair as I sat was so relaxing and my pedicrist was friendly and very efficient!

Great customer service. Was able to call and make an appointment for 15 minutes later. Will definitely keep them in mind when up there.

Ive never had a pedicure where I don't even get my feet scrubbed or any callus removal at all// or not have my nail tech not know how to remove ingrown toe nails.... AND then pay $55 for it. Never coming back ever again and telling all my friends to never come here..thanks for ripping me off.
