Henry does amazing nails. Everyone is nice. Very clean and quick when needed. Will definitely go back!

I had the WORST WORST experience here. Do not go here if you are looking for a decent place to get your nails done. Henry seems to be the owner of the place and he is SUPER RUDE. I never wrote a single complain like this in my life but I just had to share my experience so that people do not waste time trying out at this place. I would never forget what I had been through just now. So after the treatment was done, I asked Henry to clean the manicure around my nails because it was all over my skin and looked really messy. When he was applying it, he does not concentrate on his work at all. He talks to his colleagues, even uses his phone to change music, and he constantly gets distracted while he was doing my nails. So apparently he literally applied manicure all over the nails and skin near it. I did not like it at all and asked him to fix a little bit. But then he shouted at me and said that “I am picky because all his customers are always happy”,and he also told me to "calm down" when I said nothing. He talked really loud so that other customer could hear our conversation and made me look like I was the bad customer who was not behaving. Which is Funny!! because I did not say a single word other than asking him to fix and clean the part where it looked really messy and not organized. I could even do it myself better than this seriously. This picture is after he shouted at me and fixed a little bit. It looks better than before but still it is a poor work I have ever received. Never felt so humiliated. Never go back here and hopefully they do not treat a customer like this in the future.

Was very disappointed, got a predicate that was suppose to be $45 they charged $50, nail polish literally wiped off after letting dry for 45 mins. Was told a gel polish was $12 they charged $20. My daughter treated us to this service an imagine what a big disappointment it was for her. Definitely will not be going back. They lost some good what could of been loyal customers today.

The owner and his wife are very nice people, but my experience today was horrible, over 2 hours there and still very unsatisfied with their work. Not at all what I asked for, uneven nails and shoddy paint. Plus now I must go pay someone else to re do their mistakes. I got a 5 dollar discount. That's it. I will no longer be doing business here as well as many friends after seeing their finished product. He kept stopping and playing in his phone, and absolutely no communication. Even after expressing my concerns with his work. All in all it was a terrible experience.
