My sister and I were looking for somewhere to get our nails done on a Sunday afternoon. Stopped in. He was grinding on my nails so long in one spot it was burning me. Then he was so rough when scraping my polish off he scraped half my thumb nail off. The polish is only on part of some of my nails and up on cubicles on others. My nails are not filed smooth and not polished in tips. He was so worried about what car was going to the liquor store next door he couldn't focus on doing our nails.

My aunt went today to get a manicure, a pedicure and shellac nails done. Her first time being in Vivid nails. Her experience was awful. She was sat in warm water for her pedicure she sat, and sat and sat and sat some more. No jets where ever turned on. The lady said "I HATE OLD PEOPLE." My aunt said excuse you i'm 68 what are you taking about hating old people. Then a little later she says "I HATE FAT PEOPLE", my aunt says excuse me again put in fat so you hate old and fat people. I don't appreciate neither of those comments, i better be getting a good discount after those comments. She came home and said I'll never go back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be talked about. I will make she everyone knows how she treated my aunt.

This place is terrible. It isn’t Sexu nails some woman bought it and they are always slow and busy and the only other worker i’ve seen there.... Tom is weird and makes me feel uncomfortable because he is sexual towards me, my friends, and my sister. I ask for longer nails and he says “ No you want short” and gabe me short nails. I’ve gave this place 3 chances terrible!

Great place great workers. I especially love the way they yell at each other and keep me entertained. Thank you both for always making me smile and look good 💋⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The woman did a really great job and the only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 is because the woman was going off on her husband most of the time I was there. When she wasn't going off on him she was really polite to me and like I said, she did do a good job on my nails and there was no wait.
