I don't do my nails very often. This crew of women are incredibly thoughtful - I'm incredibly grateful for their attention to detail. Great work. Thank you so much for caring for my hands and nails and bringing love into my personal life - self-love absolutely thank you so much

The ladies do a good job, just avoid using or giving your family Gift Certificates. They don’t let you tip from the gift card, bad service. Need to change that.

To start I’m not the type to write reviews or complain. I’d rather just not return in the future, but for as much as I paid for unsatisfactory work other people need to know not to come here. On Friday 1/28/22 I came in for a gel pedicure with “extensions” on my big toes. First my friend I waited For over a half an hour before being seated. Once seated while a pedicurist started with my friend, I waited About another 5 mins or so in the chair before the water got turned on. Once the basin started to fill, it was cold water. The pedicurist told me oh no more hot water. So my feet were soaking in cold water for at least 15 mins. Once another pedicurist started with me, she barely nipped any excess skin around my toenails or scrubbed my feet. Then comes the extension. She took a regular nail tip for fingernails and glued it on my big toe and proceeded to lay acrylic on top. The whole pedicure was less time than what we actually waited. Fast forward a week later to 2/5/22 the whole extension popped of one of my big toes. I go Into the salon on my break and was told the manager was not there and would be there at 6. 7 o’clock I come In after my shift, she’s still not there. I spoke to who I guess is the manicurist in charge, she told me to either wait for the manager to close the other location at 7:30 and wait until she gets there or they can fix the nail. I paid $70 for this unsatisfactory service. I just wanted the manager to rectify the situation, sheesh at least off me $20 back. You would think such a nice place in the mall you’d have a better experience. Definitely not coming back!

I got a manicure last week and the lady that did it was very rough and cut the cuticle severely and it still hurts a week later. It's too bad because I was a faithful customer for the last 4 years but after this experience I won't be going back there.

I don’t know where to even start. Horrible just horrible. Oh and just to let everyone know when you look at there price menu like a gel fill that’s doesn’t include a color. I understand if you were to get a design but no color???? Nope that’s extra. To get your nails filed a little, filed not cut….free? NOPE add a couple dollars for that too. I hate the way they look, bumpy and all she even had to do a couple over and there still bumpy. Explained to them at checkout that new clients should be informed with these things lady couldn’t care less and I believe it was the owner. So disappointed and the way they handled it was wrong and I felt like I was getting really ripped off practically $60 dollars for a filllllll in lmao yup never again. Don’t be fooled by there price list ladies it’s not what it says I could only imagine if I asked for coffin nails let’s rack on another $20 smh. I’m in the beauty field and we never blind anyone with prices. Smh save ya money ladies wouldn’t use again.
