I just got a lash lift for the 3rd time at Simonson’s salon in Maple Grove and I had the best experience the 3rd time. I got my lashes done by Jeniffer and they look AMAZING. She did them so good and they look like i’m wearing lash extensions. I have gotten lifts before from other workers there but it was never been this good. I highly recommend Jeniffer to do your lash lift. Awesome experience!

My sister went into this salon to get her hair colored mentioning she has a few healed scabs from a prior bleach she did herself a week ago. She sat I. The chair to be humiliated by Dawn. Dawn sat her down and looked at her hair like she was in disgust and asked my sister if she did her hair herself. Then Dawn repeatedly started saying she needs to go see a dermatologist (in this snappy disgusted tone) loud enough for everyone in the salon to hear over and over again, not once, not twice, multiple times. Which made everyone give my sister a few weird looks. Dawn refused to do my sister’s hair which is fine (better off she didn’t go to someone so rude). The whole interaction was very unprofessional, rude, and why would you make someone feel so uncomfortable that’s wanting to pay for a service!!!! That’s horrible customer service skills and she needs to re-evaluate. My sister left that salon in tears because of how inconsiderate Dawn was. I will continue to tell other people about this incident.

Had my first visit to Simonsons Maple Grove. My stylist was Joeshpine. She made my visit abousloutly perfect. Her personality was great and she is very knowledgeable about what she does. She colored and cut my hair to perfection. Definitely going back!

My mother and I went here for pedicures because we both received gift cards for a spa day. We scheduled 2 spa pedicures which are priced at $55 dollars. We both got regular polish and denied any extras that would make the price go up. At the end, we were both charged 15-20 dollars extra. I spoke with the manager and she states that $55 is a starting price and that prices differ depending on who does your service. I was not informed on this when I made the appointments, during my appointment, or even afterwards. I had to call a manager to find this out. It is deceiving to not let your customers know your prices before they receive a service. Very shady. I will not be returning.
