I went in 3 times over 2 months, received service from the "manager" each time.
Pros- decent no-frills manicures. Very fast. Acceptable level of cleanliness, though noticeably dusty and cluttered. Extensive color selection, lots of pedicure chairs. Convenient as it is situated right inside in my local mall. I got fills with shellac polish- polish lasted 11 days.
Cons- service was brusque bordering on rude. Manicures are VERY basic and the quality really depends on how distracted the artist is. She was often distracted. Even basic things like providing the client with color options BEFORE the manicure is mostly over would be a good improvement. As I mentioned above, the cleanliness was kind of questionable- the first 2 times I was seated in the front, which was much cleaner. On my last visit, I was seated off to the side in a dusty, cluttered area.

Went here for the first time for an emergency fill due to an out of town trip the next day. I was serviced by Jenna, who did an outstanding job for me. I was thrilled with the outcome. Her technical skills are right on point and she works with a real sense of detail and diligence. I plan to make her my back-up technician.
Although I've had my nails done elsewhere for nearly seven years there's a chance things could change. Great job Jenna!

I got my nails done yeasterday. I went in for a really simple manicure. It took several minutes for anyone to even notice me standing there when I walked in. They got impatient while I was picking out polish and was told were to sit at least 3 times in the the Mabey 2 minutes it took me to find the right color. The manicure was very rushed and not relaxing at all. While clipping my cuticles she cut me 3 times she didn't apologize or anything but just kept saying in a harsh tone relax. I had her do an accent nail and she acted like it was a huge inconvenience to do a different color polish on one nail. She made it clear she didn't like my color choice as well. All it all the nails look fine but it was a pretty frustrating experience and I have 3 noticeable cuts around my cuticles.

I went in on recommendation from my friend whose nails are always A1 lol and went in told me 30min wait walked around came back and Waited an extra 10 min no big deal, Karen did my nails and she was sweet and helped me figure out what I actually wanted which was white powder not the dip powder so super thankful for that. My nails took 35-40 min and she did an excellent job and I’m obsessed with my nails 😍❤️ Love the environment and my nails just look incredible. She was fast but didn’t skimp on quality! Gonna continue to come here

They did such a bad job for just an easy shellac Fill. My friend went with me and her nails chipped off within a night. Shellac is going to last for more then two weeks so how did hers last one day. My lady was okay but she did things I told her not to do. I said keep my length and the shape. She then cut the nail short and messed with it’s shape. I will never go back over my dead body.
