Just had my daughter in this evening for a full set and nail design for her Homecoming Dance. We had an appointment for 5:00 p.m. and she was taken care of right away. Staff is very kind, and her nails are gorgeous! I have a very happy girl! Thank you Elegant Nails, we will recommend you and see you in the future!!! Have a wonderful weekend!

I love going to elegant nails! This was my go to place when I lived in the area. When I am back in town, if I need my nails done, I call them to make my appointment. Tran is my girl but they're all great. I have also seen Mai and Keui. Even after being gone for a few years, they know me by name when I come in.

Super easy and quick to book appointment however they will turn you around if they don’t have them to fit you as a walk in.
Love that all their peddies include hot stones however the tools they used aren’t SANITIZED from one client to the next and that’s why they get one star. I saw them do 6 pedicure back to back with same few Boxes full of used tools.
One lady rushed on my pedicure and didn’t bring my stuff to dry my nails so customer service wasn’t the best. I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t return so don’t message me saying sorry and to come back 😆

My nail tech was Sara and she was awesome, told her I wanted something Christmas and she gave me just that she done an awesome job sooo pleased!!!!!

I have been coming to Elegant Nails for over 4 years. Even when I moved to Richmond, I drove back to able to get my manicures and pedicures here. I used to only go to one person but when she left, I had to go to other technicians that worked there and I never had a bad experience. I always get exactly what I want. They strive to make your manicure or pedicure perfect. I’m not even a perfectionist so little things don’t bother me, like if tap a wet nail - but they always insist on fixing it.
Great place, clean, especially during the recent COVID pandemic, their rules kept everyone safe and able to get services.
