I love getting my nails done here!! I highly recommend Luis and Andy!! They do such an amazing job. They always exceed my expectations!! Great Place!!!

Came in with my boyfriend because he wanted to get his hair cut. I figured I’d get my nails done while I’m there. I already felt a little underwhelmed as I’ve been here before several times and the guy who greets people isn’t exactly the most welcoming person. But that’s common knowledge, Everyone who’s ever been here knows he’s a character... but he’s not the problem this time. He sent me over to a lady who was finishing this girls nails (literally, the girl was getting up to leave). I said Hello to the nail tech and she simply looked at me. When the she was working on girl walked away, i looked at her to let her know I was about to sit, before I got a chance to the nail tech proceeds to pull the chair over to not allow me to sit. I was really confused as I didn’t want to believe the level of unprofessionalism. She then turned away from me and started watching something on her phone. I kindly told her “excuse me, I was told to come to you. Is this not a good time?” And this woman did not acknowledge me at all. After standing there for a while, I walked off feeling horribly humiliated. I don’t know what the matter was. I know I was entirely nice to her and didn’t do anything to deserve this type of treatment. We are currently in the middle of a pandemic and I am not someone who refuses to wear masks, so I know that’s not the reason. I am confident that I was very respectful to her and addressed her in the nicest way possible, so it can’t be that? I don’t want to believe that she refused to work on me because of my ethnicity as this salon is inside a Hispanic mall and everyone else she worked on was also Hispanic as am I. So I don’t think it’s that either. I don’t know what I could have done to cause this woman to act this way. I think she might’ve had a bad day... I just don’t think this behavior is acceptable. This salon was already not a first choice for me, I will most definitely never be back.

Very good nail techs but best to make appt because they let many go to eat lunch at same time and it gets backed up midday. They e been there for a while and are super creative. I enjoy going there. IMPORTANT: Pls have cash to tip because they don't allow you to add on your cars.

Favorite place to go for Hair and Nails, clean, safe, attentive and sweet crew. Multi-lingual stylists and nail techs.
