My partner loves this place and they do awesome work! One down point is how old and dated the interior is. It could use a good cleaning and some new paint, decorations, and signage.

Worst customer service ever. Kim has an attitude as soon as I walked in, couldn’t even make eye contact with anyone who didn’t make an appointment. “Walk-ins are welcomed” is what there sign says but they refused to take me claiming there were “all booked” but there was no one in the nail salon!!!

My 1st visit. Just moved to Lynn and Passion Nails was recommended by close friend, Lisa.
I had Christine, did a thorough gel manicure and was very sweet.
Everyone seemed nice.
I WILL BE BACK!! Thank You 👍

Asked for a COLOR change with shellac. All I had going into Passion Nails was an acrylic set coated in BASIC clear nail polish. They charged me $15 just for the shellac color PLUS 5 additional dollars because it was a color change. Not to mention my acrylics were straight when I walked into Passion Nails and I walked out with my thumb slanted and chunky.

Love this nail salon...went with a friend and I got treated like a paying customer I definitely recommend this nail salon
