I love this place and the ladies here! Their customer service is beyond gratifying. They honestly take the time to know you personally and are willing to go above and beyond to do a good work.

When my mom and I walked it, saw that there was only one person working on a customer. Since they were short staffed, employee said she'll call another lady over to help us and would take about 15 mins, meanwhile she could start on my moms pedi. Turned out she only put my mom in a warm water footbath without the jets even bubbling. Made my mom wait another 10mins+ for her to finish with this 1st lady. If my 81 yr old mom could've just jumped out of the footbath and walked out, we would have. The extra staff person never came, after one hour into our stay the staff person had us believe she was on her way the whole time. I didnt bother getting my nails done, since she could only take one person at a time byherself. Next time, we.would not bother to waste our time coming here!
