Manager is extremely rude. Poor customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Got there at 7:30 and tried to rush me out because she wanted to go home, when they close at 9. Definitely didn’t try to waste my money on poor service.

The worst customer service ever and nails do not last. Went to get nail replaced that fell off within a week of getting them done. They told me to come back before 8. I arrived at 7:50 and they said they could not service me. The mall closes at 9...? Currently Im search of a new salon. Any recommendations?

Today was the first and last time I will get a pedicure from here. Poor customer service. The entire pedicure was only 25 minutes! Then, I could not even find the guy who did the pedicure to pay him!

So far so good only took 15 20 mins and they stayed on the full two weeks when I got them done again

Laura has been taking care of my nails for 10 years ! Ever since they were on the other side of the mall.. always does an excellent job, she takes care of me, and recommends what’s best! I only go with her!
