In short I came for a full set and pedicure on my toes. Kim was extremely rough and left three of my toes bleeding as well as my cuticles shredded. I repeatedly asked for a new tech but was ignored.
Kim completed my toes and told me the total was $70 for a basic pedicure (which consisted of sitting in water and a lackluster once over with a pumice) and fullset on my toes. She told me since my toes were short I was charged an extra $5.
I find this confusing since a basic full set that requires more skill and time is only $25 but there’s a $15 price increase for less product and less skill. Safe to say I won’t be back and have a tentative doctors appointment in a few days to ensure I don’t have an infection.

This was my second time here. The first time Chung did my nails and they were amazing. I didnt have an appointment this time and walked in. I didnt see Chung so i took the lady that was there. This is the absolute worse job i have ever had on my nails. I just walked out of there and after having her fix them again this is the best that she came up with. Im embarrassed to go to work in the morning! Plus she charged me 10.00 extra to slightly take them down. Never going here again!!

I will neeeeeeever go back here. My nails look like I did them myself or like someone was practicing. They’re definitely not worthy. Try another place because this one isn’t it!

The lady was Rushing I literally was the only person there at the time. I felt like she was attempting to cut my big toe off.

This place is horrible. They are rude and disrespectful to African Americans. They messed up my nails and refused to fix it. Let’s stop giving our money to businesses they do not respect us.
